I am being paid enough for my role to be comfortable and not need or want to look at alternitive companies, i am very satisfied with my package

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees welfair is a priority to Expeditors, safety first and also another example is that the company stated right at the beginging of the Covid pandemic that there will ne no redundances or any staff on furlough

It was direct with the regional senior management and we had discussed ideas and attitudes ... this was the main positive points
