although i haven't completed 1 year yet, i have to say that this is a very positive progressive company. Everyone is keen to improve our current standards, volumes, client base & so on.

From senior management to others employees in every area, everyone is aware that we are a team & that we all need each other to succeed .
What is the best part about your compensation package?
it is enough for me not to need to look elsewhere, i get paid a good wage for my responsibilities and me being very happy in my role.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Mine was slightly different, i had met with senior management just for a chat & when a suitable position came up, i was asked if interested, which i was. I had then met with key persons / management & then offered the position.
