It really does feel like a family. It's so easy to talk about both work and outside of work things. Everyone is caring, considerate, and thoughtful and work super hard to be their best.

On Fridays we do a little thing called kudos where we give an opportunity for Fictors (people who work for Fictiv) to give thanks or kudos to another member of the team for exhibiting one or more of our core traits and values.
