They are very thoughtful about balancing the needs of the business with the needs of the employees.

They are very hands on and not in a micro management way. There is a lot of transparency and collaboration.
They're fun to be around and seem to genuinely care. I also have very clear objectives and the freedom to make them happen.

Extra benefits like education reimbursement, funds to take coworkers to coffee and a literature fund.
The expensed coffee breaks, stipends, & very thorough benefits/perks. Healthcare is a high priority for me, and Fictiv hits all marks in that regard.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Part of headquartering in an expensive area like SF is accepting that salary should be above average. Benefits and stipends are wonderful but a base income needs to be met as well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can feel that everyone is working towards the same goal, and enjoys working with each other. It's a very inclusive and diverse team.

Very friendly and collaborative environment.
Everyone is willing and eager to get to know one another and are very accepting. It's a safe place for everyone. It makes for fun work events and even more efficient work practices.

On Fridays we do a little thing called kudos where we give an opportunity for Fictors (people who work for Fictiv) to give thanks or kudos to another member of the team for exhibiting one or more of our core traits and values.

We have a process called pancakes where you get to meet with a cross-functional group of employees and learn more about the company from other people's perspectives.

The cute puppers (employees can bring their dogs to work). That and the amazing support system I have in my co-workers and leadership team.

great snacks and great co-workers. The office space is modern, beautiful, comfortable. Also the lunch provided saves time and money so I don't have to bring my own lunch to work
