It's my favorite job so far in my career out of the 10 total I've ever worked.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're fun to be around and seem to genuinely care. I also have very clear objectives and the freedom to make them happen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The expensed coffee breaks, stipends, & very thorough benefits/perks. Healthcare is a high priority for me, and Fictiv hits all marks in that regard.
What makes you most happy at work?
The cute puppers (employees can bring their dogs to work). That and the amazing support system I have in my co-workers and leadership team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're highly intelligent, efficient, and humble at the same time. Very easy to work with and helpful too, which empowers me to do my best work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing and eager to get to know one another and are very accepting. It's a safe place for everyone. It makes for fun work events and even more efficient work practices.
