I do like the individual stipends (literature stipend, health/wellness stipend, etc.) -- it's nice to have money set aside to invest in myself
What makes you most happy at work?
I believe in our co-founders which makes everything I do worth it. Their vision includes empathy, innovation, creativity, and joy which is so unique & motivating. I honestly love my job because of them.
