High commitment to our performance, very open to designing improvements together and adopting a new workflow when we can see a benefit to be had.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Part of headquartering in an expensive area like SF is accepting that salary should be above average. Benefits and stipends are wonderful but a base income needs to be met as well.
