The executive team is very driven and nimble. They take swift action to ensure we stay a market leader in the AI space, not to mention that they are some of the best minds in AI today!

The sales interview process is very strategic the way it is conducted. We are looking for All-Star players and the process is designed to pick those out. So far, it has done a fantastic job and each new hire levels up the team that much more!

The sales team is driven and very much a team - everyone loves to see the others win. Everyone is collaborative and doing everything they can to help the rest of the team succeed - it is the best team that I have worked for so far in my sales career.

The collaboration. I am able to slack or call anyone on the team and they are more than willing to chat about whatever the topic is. The feedback we get from customers about how working with the Forethought team is the best experience they have ever had with a vendor is amazing.

For being a company that is growing so quickly, everyone, from the CEO down is willing to do what ever it takes to win: jump on a call, debrief a call and plan next steps, provide product feedback from customers and prospects. Everyone has such positive attitudes and wants the company to win big!
