I like this company. I think it is easy to put in a full 100% because the path is so clear. "If I hit this number, I will be promoted." I have run into barriers trying to close deals from managers and success. Everyone has their own goals and not every sale is welcomed with open arms...

I think knowing that everything I do today will pay off and be seen. I also love the people I work with. Everyone is awesome to be around.

The best part is we can close any account without having to pass it to a different "enterprise" team member. What ever company I am able to get into, I get to keep.

They are outstanding when it comes to providing a vision of what we can become individually and as a whole. The promotion path is visible and clear, and customer's needs seem to always be placed first.

I think everyone has their moments where they are upset or angry about a certain thing. But I think the friends we have made make it easy to vent and improve from past mistakes. Great culture of understanding.

Interviewing here is no joke. Dan has some questions I have never heard of, and I have had friends who I thought were amazing get turned down. That said, they must be doing something right because almost everyone here is very impressive and excellent at their job.
