We don't have the resources to get the work done and requests for resources fall on deaf ears. As a result people work obscene hours at times, and the compensation of those individuals does not adequate compensate for the impact on what is left of their personal lives.

Our foundation has cracks that can rapidly expand when pressure is applied. This leads to the leverage model falling apart.
