What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their focus on Inclusion and Diversity and the investment they make in the employees through unique benefit offerings like backup daycare, concierge caregiver services, and a robust wellness program.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are great - great medical, dental, free vision coverage, great parental leave and adoption assistance programs, and profit-sharing contributions to 401k.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have received multiple offers for a lot more money.

My workload is quite heavy and I do not feel that I am compensated at the level that I should be for the work I do (compared to others at competing firms). My pay is not bad but it could be better. More bonuses would be nice especially if salary changes cannot occur rapidly.

I felt the messaging around the 2021 compensation adjustments was demeaning. I was told I'm "just Firm Admin" and therefore was not deserving of a raise comparable to those in client service. Does the firm really view PSG as "just Firm Admin"? If so, that is disappointing.

Salaries are too small. I have had numerous job offers for much more money as have many of my peers. This is a mistake that will lead to turnover

Being compensated the same as others in our market. This past raise period did not calculate in the rise of inflation like other firms in our market. Over 10k less than what similar job titles are making at other firms.

I love the cohesity of my team. Since being remote throughout covid, we have hired new staff members and are in the process of training them up. This could not have been done successfully without the firm's investment in technology. We also hire and retain top talent which helps tremendously.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Our foundation has cracks that can rapidly expand when pressure is applied. This leads to the leverage model falling apart. I think a demonstration that personal life matters more than the next dollar of profit as opposed to just saying it, in some respects, would go a long way. Struggle with balanc

The fact that I'm not limited by my job title and that my supervisor believes in me and consciously pulls me into special projects so that I have the opportunity to work with others, other teams and build relationships and skills and evolve.
