My workload is quite heavy and I do not feel that I am compensated at the level that I should be for the work I do (compared to others at competing firms). My pay is not bad but it could be better. More bonuses would be nice especially if salary changes cannot occur rapidly.

I felt the messaging around the 2021 compensation adjustments was demeaning. I was told I'm "just Firm Admin" and therefore was not deserving of a raise comparable to those in client service. Does the firm really view PSG as "just Firm Admin"? If so, that is disappointing.

I love the cohesity of my team. Since being remote throughout covid, we have hired new staff members and are in the process of training them up. This could not have been done successfully without the firm's investment in technology. We also hire and retain top talent which helps tremendously.
