I have received multiple offers for a lot more money.

My workload is quite heavy and I do not feel that I am compensated at the level that I should be for the work I do (compared to others at competing firms). My pay is not bad but it could be better. More bonuses would be nice especially if salary changes cannot occur rapidly.

I felt the messaging around the 2021 compensation adjustments was demeaning. I was told I'm "just Firm Admin" and therefore was not deserving of a raise comparable to those in client service. Does the firm really view PSG as "just Firm Admin"? If so, that is disappointing.

Being compensated the same as others in our market. This past raise period did not calculate in the rise of inflation like other firms in our market. Over 10k less than what similar job titles are making at other firms.

I talk regularly with other recruiters and HR professionals in PA, and we are low . Many of my friends in entry level roles in recruiting are making over 25K more than i do as a senior and have additional comp incentives. As a senior i'd think i would make enough to comfortably live alone but cant.

We don't have the resources to get the work done and requests for resources fall on deaf ears. As a result people work obscene hours at times, and the compensation of those individuals does not adequate compensate for the impact on what is left of their personal lives.
