I felt the messaging around the 2021 compensation adjustments was demeaning. I was told I'm "just Firm Admin" and therefore was not deserving of a raise comparable to those in client service. Does the firm really view PSG as "just Firm Admin"? If so, that is disappointing.

I talk regularly with other recruiters and HR professionals in PA, and we are low . Many of my friends in entry level roles in recruiting are making over 25K more than i do as a senior and have additional comp incentives. As a senior i'd think i would make enough to comfortably live alone but cant.
