Great onboarding and a very warm welcome despite having occurred entirely remotely due to the pandemic. There are interesting challenges to help solve and colleagues seem open to radically different ideas for the solutions.

The variety without the ridiculous pace I've seen at other companies. I really enjoy the challenges my team and I are tasked with solving.
