DHG is a wonderful firm! I stay at this firm based on its culture and not necessarily what I am paid. More money does not always equate to being happy at work. For myself, the work-life balance and being paid well keeps me at this firm.

I have received multiple offers for a lot more money.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They embrace transparency and have gotten the flex work environment right so far.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to accomplish a lot of work over a year's time and continual building of our services so the firm can provide great career opportunities to others. Knowing I can count on my team to execute large workloads properly is also something that makes me extremely happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the cohesity of my team. Since being remote throughout covid, we have hired new staff members and are in the process of training them up. This could not have been done successfully without the firm's investment in technology. We also hire and retain top talent which helps tremendously.
