They actually asked good questions.
The pay is better then most, and the benefits are ok.
We need to improve the communication between ourselves. Tell each other what one is doing wrong, not standing by and making jokes about what he or she is doing.
The managers need to do the new employee evaluations consistently. This would allow the bad workers to improve or into an area of work they can perform. That would also help with what we need to know to succeed instead of wondering if we are succeeding.
