Everything to much favoritism going on
The way managers treat us employees and get away with causing at us work over safety
The managers need to do the new employee evaluations consistently. This would allow the bad workers to improve or into an area of work they can perform. That would also help with what we need to know to succeed instead of wondering if we are succeeding.

The way bosses treat us all my tools got stolen out of my box from work while I was out for a tumor in my arm and wasn't allowed to go get them now fmi won't replace all my tools that were stolen off there property and I couldn't go get them if I feel Freeport responsible for him but they notreplaci

Pretty much everyone come from different towns or states and different ethnic groups and I think it makes it interesting to know everyone on a professional level, we spend so much time together it feels like a family
