Like anywhere, they vary. They're all good at what they do. Some are older, some are young pups. :-) I get along with all of them. Geopointe seems to do a good job in looking for that elusive, cultural fit, while still hiring a diverse team.

About the same as anywhere. Some are great at their jobs and some are great at convincing their manager that they're great at the job.

They're generally helpful and friendly. Even though we're a very diverse team in age, experience, and culture, everyone is decent to each other.
