What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can make as much money in sales as I work hard and deserve with no cap.
There is no limit to the amount I can make
Having it pay based on reasonable parameters, as well as ones that can be achieved with personal-- as well as team-- effort.
Good pay and combined with the benefits and culture, I feel very fairly comped.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A little below industry standard, but the great culture off-sets this for me personally
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support and care each other
We work hard, have fun, and keep each other motivated. We all really care about each other.
We have a high-level of competency and a family-like feel.
My management team listens to feedback positive AND negative. Best of all, they don't shoot the messenger!
We are all very different but blend well, and are very supportive

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a business casual bunch, very focused but break up the day with laughter, fun, and feed off each other with new ideas.
We all fit well like a nice glove
Even though there are multiple offices and remote employees, I feel that I am able to connect with my coworkers in a comfortable manner.

A clear case-queue and solving issues
