  • I've worked in quite a few sales roles and this is the only place I've found so far where management treats people in a consistently decent manner. Sure, there's pressure to hit quota, but that's sales. What I mean is, no cursing at you, no threats, and a genuine sense that they really want to help you succeed. It's pretty weird and it took me a solid year to convince myself that they were for real!

  • Business casual.

  • Business casual. Dress pants, sport coat, with or without tie are fine. A suit is OK too, but I might forego the tie for the "Salesforce AE" look! (My advice is targeted to men, as I'm a man. I'd say whatever the equivalent of business casual for a woman, but I'm not qualified to make suggestions!)

  • We are all very unique and blend well. A positive group, which supports each other every day.

  • I work in sales at Geopointe. Team's generally close knit. Very honest. I've never seen even a hint of poaching or trying to undermine a teammate. Overall, a well run, friendly, competitive group of people.

  • Congrats on applying here! I love working at Geopointe and if you're good at what you do, I hope you get on here. The single biggest thing they look for, other than being able to do your job of course, is enthusiasm. We're a tight group of very motivated people. We want others who are willing to put forth real effort. Other than that, just apply. We've got people with and without college degrees. All different races, backgrounds, ages, whatever. If you're right for the role, you'll get it. Good luck!
