Being able to work from home ,CEO announcements the are a handful of people that actually care .
I feel like our immediate leadership team should be trained on people skills, working as a team and accountability . The amount of work and high expectations does not match the pay scale.
Our customer's are complaining about how In personals and un concern Global is about their customers. The view us as terrible, lack of concern and complicated. It makes me feel bad and want to do even more for our customers. It feels like we hide behind red tape and make it complicated.
We have a new manager that has made a huge difference /impact in the amount of time she has been here. We are now working as a team, atmosphere is great !, the communication is awesome! Clear expectations and concern for her team. I greatly appreciate someone coming in and seeing the value in us.
