Our team wears a lot of hats, but are poorly trained. If our group could be broken down and specialize in certain areas, this would be beneficial. Instead, everybody only half does everything which makes the job harder. Seasoned reps should be paid no less than $20/hr.

Leads need to be receptive to helping all employees not only the ones on their team. I wouldn't be reaching out to a lead if I could handle or knew the answer myself. They need to actually answer the phone or IM when we are reaching out.

The work quality is poor. The training is not comprehensive. Many have been here for years and it is clear they do not care about their job other than the paycheck. Management has been sent several examples of this lack of care, but it is more important to have a warm body than it is to fire someone

The team atmosphere is strained at the moment because everyone is burnt out. CS is EXTREMELY under staffed which is adding a huge stress load on the current employees who are becoming increasingly unhappy and it is affected their work as whole.

Our customer's have to call multiple times to resolve most issues and are therefore ANGRY! IF we had time to resolve the issue in a timely manner, we wouldn't get yelled at. Also, we have to retain employees. The high turnover rate makes our job harder.

Our customer's are complaining about how In personals and un concern Global is about their customers. The view us as terrible, lack of concern and complicated. It makes me feel bad and want to do even more for our customers. It feels like we hide behind red tape and make it complicated.
