
Some departments are not appreciated as much. I.E, sales is always praised but customer service can never do enough for Global to be recognized. If Global invested half as much money into customer service trainings and product development, as they do for sales, we could have a better CS team.

The longevity of employment of some of our co workers here at Global, we have worked together for a long time and are like family.
All companies pay more than ours. We have employees that have been working for years that are paid same as new employees that are hired. Customer service handles it all, but the only department that gets good compensation is sales. But without us, their customers wouldn't come back.
