What did you like most about the interview process?

Clear objectives were set forth with room to grow.

I like the FSA option. I wish we could increase it.

The communication and transparency of our leaders is clear and direct. I enjoy viewing our CEO's video messages.

The new HR Leadership is professional and accessible. They have already made a big difference in the culture.

We truly work as a team. There is mutual respect for each other and we work together to get things done.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The CEO and the COO. As part of the operations team, i see how hard my COO works and he is always available to lend an ear if needed.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The transparency. They are available if you need them. Our CEO walked around my department first day back after New Year's and wished everyone a happy new year and engaged people in conversation.
