holly and adrienne are great. they listen to me and trust my decisons about my accounts. there is mutual respect there.
we are a family, a dysfunctional one but still. we have a wide range of ethnical backgrounds and respect that and learn from other cultures.
management needs to stop hiring warm bodies. we need experience people who know the industry. managements also needs to not be scared to let some people go. slackers are praised and hard working people are not.
