I like the communication given to employees about what leadership is doing to make global better. I like the open discussions we have about company goals for the future and how everyone plays a roll in reaching those goals.

Global Customer Service is below standard in customer satisfaction. Shipping delays with little communication to the customer. No communication to customers on their credit status. No clear solution on account management system. i believe leaderships is aware and is making strides to improve.
