How's the work life balance at GoSpotCheck?
Like with any startup you are going to have your weeks when you need to put in a full 50+ hours and others where 30-35 is the norm. Use your own discretion, ask for help when needed, and unlimited PTO is a thing that you should use.

How flexible is your work schedule at GoSpotCheck?
As flexible as you need it to be. Some folks like to come in early 6-6:30 and others show up around the 8-8:30 timeframe, as long as you get your work done it doesn't really matter.

About an hour and a half on site and then an hour lunch.

Like most tech company interviews, they start off with the personality questions and then lead to technical questions. The interview style is relaxed.

Meet with the head recruiter, the team I would be working on, and the CEO.
What should I wear for an interview at GoSpotCheck?
I personally wore a nice pair of jeans and a button down but even that was too dressed up for this office. Wear whatever you are most comfortable in, make a great first impression, that's all that matters.
