What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and willingness to listen to feedback. I have no problem approaching any of the executive team with my concerns, and have seen real action taken after sharing.
Communication is key. And even though they share a ton with us there are a few things that slip through the cracks.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical/dental are fully paid. Generous and flexible time off.
Unlimited PTO, Up to 100 dollars a month towards a fitness package of our choice, free parking in Downtown Denver, and fully company paid health benefits.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Nobody rests on their laurels. If someone thinks something should be better, they are empowered to make it better.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The major theme last year was "one team, one dream." We're all working together towards a common cause and there's no politics or infighting.
It's always an issue with small startups but they tend to get a bit clicky. Everyone is super friendly but less clicks and more openness.
