    Marketing is currently being run by the former VP of People. Also the entire team has turned over in the last year. My time there was generally spent killing myself to hit unattainable goals set by out of touch management. Late nights and weekends were common across all marketing functions. I'd like to think things have changed but from what I hear that's not the case.

  • Morale is at an all-time low. Disorganized because key members have departed the team.

  • CEO has no backbone and does not take action quickly with low-performing individuals. He plays favorites and this has trickled down the ranks. VP of Marketing and CEO promote people based on relationships.

    Great people, but with the high turnover, I'm not so sure anymore.

  • Leadership is egotistical and lack the experience to drive results. Lots of turnover since summer 2017 as experienced, high-performing team members left the team
