Trash. The company will grind you down. The schedule is everything. Most people don't even know all the rules they are breaking because they don't have time to read through all the unorganized procedures. Others just don't care. Don't work here unless you just really love airplanes and don't care.

There are health coaches that periodically put on events, like Lunch and Learn or information tables. If you ever have the time to attend, those can be nice.

My manager was a really enjoyable person to talk to. He's very personable and likes to tell stories. It was just a good conversation. He answered my questions, and I answered his.

Leadership needs to manage their expectations and loosen their grip on the pocketbook. The company needs to standardize and begin investing in technology for the day-to-day tasks that MUST be carried out. Excel is not a database nor a project management tool.

They will not hire anyone. It's not just COVID. They're proud of how "slim" they can run at the Dallas facility. It gets "slimmer" every year. Expect to have at least 2 jobs. I don't mean extra duties. You will have a whole other job title's duties, unoffically. You also won't have any software.

I was hired on as a level one in my career tree. I later found out I was executing the duties of the next three levels up. They chose never to hire for those positions. One-man crew. I eventually took a new position and was told to also continue my previous work, because they "couldn't hire".
