My team is so helpful and mindful of others beyond themselves. My team is consistently offering ways to support, sharing their full support in brainstorming and collaborations. There's a true sense of team and collaboration. Here it feels like we are more than just a team.

I have a long history of undervaluing myself. I took a leap on asking for remuneration that I felt better reflected my own assessment of my skills and performance. One of the things that continues to amaze me, I am thoughtfully rewarded for my work and impact again and again. I'm grateful for GXO

Our people work to drive positive engagement and encounters. That goes a long way with me. I'm not dreading coming into the office every day, no anxiety headaches at start of the day or poignant panic attacks just ahead of a team meeting. We are still growing, but I like our journey so far.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
My boss is soooooo caring. I'm a hard worker and while I make my deliverables and goals they make time for me at all times when I need and nudge me toward work life balance often saying, "you're doing great work and now when are you taking some time off". They lead by example. I love GXO!!!
