Very fast pace. Direction is not very clear for certain positions, and there is a lot of micromanagement.

Communication and transparency. Too much "roses and sunshine" in one meeting and then "doom and gloom" in a meeting in the afternoon. Actually listen to people who are doing the work, not just say you listen, but actually pull those people into conversations.
