What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Process oriented and less blame than in other places
People care genuinly and HR is supporting.
The best thing about my work is my team and manager.
The most positive thing is working with my co workers. The negativity comes from high management that makes decisions that are best for them rather than their employees.
The best thing is working for my manager and being able to work remotely. The culture coming from top leadership is not positive. They have shown they do not care about employees and they do not practice what they preach about diversity and inclusion.
The team is driven by helping each other and the customers. The executives are driven by implementing every new political agenda

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get actual qualified people at the top instead of idiots
They need to follow their own diversity and inclusion policies
Leadership needs to change! And stronger policies around conflicts of interest.
Stop finger pointing culture and work as a team.
Building is old but being upgraded. Need to get people the right equipment and desk space for what they do. More lighting, space, and cleaner looking areas with updated furniture and colors.
