Middle management has the experience they need to drive results and keep employees happy. Upper management has limited to no sales experience and makes that painfully obvious throughout their decision making. Company bottom line has taken precedent over customer and employee satisfaction.
good people with excellent leadership
Nothing. They are hypocrites and liars
The leadership team has decided to let politics rule their decisions rather than treating employees as important.
My director manager is fantastic but the leadership team makes decisions based on false science.
They do not know much about their departments deeply and will never spend money on systemic issues, proven YoY. They ignore and always chose the short term. If you think they care, wrong. They are not leaders in my book. You listen to marching orders or will be held under. Money over humanity is MO!
They are open to feedback and continuous improvement
Communication, training, leadership. Policies and follow through.
Leading. Communicating. Doing their job.
True authenticity- not pretending but still playing their games
Standing up for what's right
Leadership and Management are two different things. There are very few Leaders at Hach but lots of Managers who continue to look at spreadsheets for the magic answer and how to run things. Get your noses out of the spreadsheets and talk to people, walk around and get to know your people.
