They make an effort to be present and show interest in us, not just as employees, but as whole people with lives outside of this office.
Work-life balance is important to us because we have lives outside of the office, too, and want to be able to fill our emotional buckets so we are then able to pour into others at work after we have the opportunity to recharge. We appreciate you!
