The company pay on my health is spectacular, compared to my last company.

The amount of Paid Time Off we're given.
We are glad you enjoy your PTO! We love our work environment but taking time off to vacation, spend time with family, run errands, relax, attend appointments, and so much more promotes positive mental health while allowing for a recharge.
The fact there is one available even at all

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to the inflation and cost of living, it's quite challenging, given that the compensation doesn't match or adjust to the increase in prices

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always having fun and planning little in office events to keep spirits up.
We are very close and have a lot of fun when hanging out with each other. We actually care about each other and help whenever needed!

Working with underserved communities each day and having fun doing it are the best parts of this work environment in my opinion! Having fun while doing work that matters are a huge part of the Hanna work culture!
We all get along so well, both inside and outside of the office.
The work relationships that we have built into friendships are just great! Having fun at work and then getting to hang out as a team outside of work really helps build each other up and create awesome memories! We are blessed to work with you!
We work together when we're extremely busy but have enough independence to work separately. Our team gets along well and always shares laughs while getting our work done
Providing language services definitely is a busy job and there are so many factors to consider in order to provide our clients with the best possible experience so we value that our teammates can work independently and enjoy a great atmosphere!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hybrid work policies are awesome. Everyone gets along, so friction is low.
How we all love to help each other and answer questions when anyone is confused. The communcation is really great!

You are definitely appreciated and valued! We have a fast-paced work environment because of how many clients we serve in our communities but we love every minute of it because of our awesome team and amazing clients!
There's no sense of Hierarchy, the CEO and HR comes and chats with the teams. We always have food and snacks curtesy of HR. There is a sense of appreciation for the employees
The management team loves to get out and engage with every member of the team because we appreciate everything that you do daily for the team, clients, and vendors! Perks like food, bowling, and team building exercises are great ways to decompress

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was typical. I was asked questions about my experiences and what I bring to the table. I was given an opportunity to speak about my desires in a work environment and ask questions about the corporate culture. Management was able to accurately convey what the environment was.
Corporate culture impacts how we interact with each other in the work environment and plays a role in the mental health and overall wellness of our teammates so we aim to have fun, enjoy outings together, and provide training and growth opportunities
