In general, my Hanna experience is good. People are kind and helpful. The management is understanding. The most stressful part is when others expect you to multitask a lot, that leads to burnout.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Food brings people together. It's impressive how others are so extra in potlucks
We agree that food brings people together! That is very true in many cultures worldwide so we figured "why not bring that into our own work environment"? We love trying the food and seeing everyone's creativity in choosing what to bring to share!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing I like about the leadership team is they respect their employees' personal needs (eg: generous and flexible time offs)

I am happy when there are few issue calls. Few issue calls mean we can all focus on what we need to do.
We appreciate everything that you do to keep the process moving forward and serving our clients, employees, and vendors! Streamlining work processes prevents issues and allows us to focus on the higher level tasks and that's what we're working toward
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to the inflation and cost of living, it's quite challenging, given that the compensation doesn't match or adjust to the increase in prices
We definitely understand how this drastic and rapid change in inflation and cost of living have impacted the economy and our employees. The management team has been revisiting benefits and compensation. Thanks for your feedback!
