What do you like best about the leadership team?

The best thing I like about the leadership team is they respect their employees' personal needs (eg: generous and flexible time offs)

We love offering awesome perks to our employees such as flexible time off and PTO options to help you live your life to the fullest while contributing to the Hanna vision and mission to empower the communities we live in through language services!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Due to the inflation and cost of living, it's quite challenging, given that the compensation doesn't match or adjust to the increase in prices

We definitely understand how this drastic and rapid change in inflation and cost of living have impacted the economy and our employees. The management team has been revisiting benefits and compensation. Thanks for your feedback!
