We work together to serve customers and solve potential challenges. We celebrate each other's successes and provide feedback for improvements on a regular basis. We focus on becoming better together daily.
Celebrating each other's successes during our team meetings and in email blasts is a huge motivator for us because it creates such a positive vibe in the office and helps us grow closer as a work family! Regular feedback helps us all improve daily

The environment promotes growth, positivity, diversity, and inclusion. I know that the work I do matters to the team and the communities we are working to serve. I know that I'm appreciated and that I am serving others on a consistent basis.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get additional perks like time off for birthdays and nights out with the team to build each other up and have fun together. The leadership team communicates well and gives us feedback on how to better serve each other and the company.
Consistent, positive communication with every member of our work family allows us to build respectful relationships that enable us to build each other up consistently and have tons of fun! I've learned so many new jokes from the office!

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was typical. I was asked questions about my experiences and what I bring to the table. I was given an opportunity to speak about my desires in a work environment and ask questions about the corporate culture. Management was able to accurately convey what the environment was.
