My team is caring, sociable, and always focused on helping where needed.
We feel that we have the absolute best team ever so we are glad you feel that way! We love the helpful, caring attitudes in the office and during team meetings plus we have so much fun together with laughing and joking thrown into the mix
What makes you most happy at work?
The atmosphere of my team all working together to get the job done.
We love that our team enjoys helping each other! The office culture we have fostered has helped us to create a family environment that cares and supports each other both inside and outside of the office
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not about me feeling undervalued, just that everyone should be paid more.

Work-life balance is important to us because we have lives outside of the office, too, and want to be able to fill our emotional buckets so we are then able to pour into others at work after we have the opportunity to recharge. We appreciate you!
