You are definitely appreciated and valued! We have a fast-paced work environment because of how many clients we serve in our communities but we love every minute of it because of our awesome team and amazing clients!
There's no sense of Hierarchy, the CEO and HR comes and chats with the teams. We always have food and snacks curtesy of HR. There is a sense of appreciation for the employees

The environment feels comfortable and welcoming. Absolutely no negativity and everyone has a positive attitude, even in tough situations there is always someone to brighten your mood. The question about how us as employees are feeling is consistent and acknowledged, that is unlike any other company.
