Honestly, the entire experience. My coworkers are awesome, there's always something to do, and we all work hard but have a lot of flexibility. It's by far the best work environment I've ever had.

I really enjoyed speaking with my interviewers face-to-face via skype. That moment where I got to put names to faces was helpful and I really felt like I bonded with them in that moment and could properly show them what I can do.

The leadership team works closely with the employees in a way that feels like collaboration and less like delegation. I feel like I can (and have) come to them for anything, and the open and honest communication has helped create a very positive environment.
