Managers are always willing to reward everyone for their work. It is easily scoped out since our first day here what is expected and give us the proper tools to succeed.

It's a tough place to work, but if you distinguish yourself from your peers - you are paid well.

It's not like a corporate structure where you get an annual 3% raise if you do well. People are provided bonuses raises based on their performance and they're given out pretty frequently. There's an open door policy for any employees to have a meeting about their compensation.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is pretty knowledgeable, but aren't afraid to admit when they don't know something. They are also patient and positive which makes it a lot easier to ask questions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is relaxed, but upbeat. When it's time to focus on work, most here carry their weight. As a result, it allows us to execute well as a collective.
