I do feel cared for by my direct management team in a family sense.
Administrative tasks, reduction of support, understaffing. Asked to do more with less. Lack of financial acknowledgment on wins or when goals are met even with less staff.
When I am able to get to some of the larger initiatives we are doing as a company, vaccine equity or things in the community, I am always really impressed.
Compensation plans are vague and we are asked to trust that things will be captured without assurances. Understaffing has caused workloads and responsibility to increase without the compensation following suit.
