encouraged to do the best work of my career
They are very motivating and really demonstrate core behaviors, which 100% makes a difference to understanding our work!
Fairness, integrity, personable, balance home and work
I do feel cared for by my direct management team in a family sense.
My immediate manager and VP were extremely invested in my personal and professional growth. They were extremely valuable within my first year with a full time position
Creating a culture of teamwork and progressive thinking
Review from Operations Dept
They are sincerely working to transform healthcare and genuinely care about the customers.
They are purpose driven to change health care
They are leading And improving healthcare for all our members through innovation and a customer focused mission and vision
Listening to employee concerns, paying more to match work expectations, and managing the company with longevity as the goal instead of highest profit at all costs
The management team seems to lack some of the qualifications you might expect in their positions, which can be frustrating if you're someone who values competence and forward-thinking. They tend to not take well to being challenged or presented with new ideas.
Making small measurable bets toward truly transforming healthcare
LEADING! They lead by position rather than relationship. There is no interest in learning about employees or their responsibilities. It's all about looking good and making peers and their boss happy.
No communication, one doesn't know what the other is doing, causing difficulty, confusion and descension in the department. No interest in fixing things or making them better. They all have a GOD syndrome.
Understand the daily work of their teams.
They need to provide support and resources to help manage the workload, provide opportunities to listen to feedback that results in real change and improvements, and show appreciation for the dedication, time and effort employees are putting forth, sometimes at the expense of their mental health
Start to focus on quality healthcare again instead of maximizing profit
Listening to front line and paying attention to their needs and comments. Don't waste so much time with useless meetings that do not start on time or are not productive.
Understanding that we care more about raises than having management pretend to care about us
