AFTER I paid I get an email from The Caroline in Hollywood, FL saying upon arrival I will owe an additional $15 ($16.99 with tax) per night for hotel fees that were NOT included on the Hotels.com listing.Pretty deceptive of you to allow that.

The absolute worst customer service. The online chat was not helpful at all and did not take ownership of any wrongdoing
