The commission package is excellent. But pay can vary heavily depending on the time of year. With that said, if you are doing your job well and generating a lot of business, this company will be your home.

The environment of the company can either be very relaxed or very stressful and can change within a few moments. However, I feel there is a positive work place environment. In regards to our culture, we believe in treating every client like they are our #1 priority.
