What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Like I said previously, it is like a family. Culture is diverse but fun at the same time

Our boss always lets us know when we have done a great job. He is always motivating and positive.

The environment of the company can either be very relaxed or very stressful and can change within a few moments. However, I feel there is a positive work place environment. In regards to our culture, we believe in treating every client like they are our #1 priority.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
