What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation is salary or commissioned based depending on the job title and description. In my opinion it is fair compensation

The commission package is excellent. But pay can vary heavily depending on the time of year. With that said, if you are doing your job well and generating a lot of business, this company will be your home.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

25% commission instead of random commission payments
