Interacting with my managers, co-workers, and direct reports. I'm a people person and love this time getting to know everyone through slack, zooms, donuts, and company meetings.

Collaboration. There is always a feeling of collaboration. I see this in the leadership team, I see this in our managers, and I see this at every level.

They all excel at what they do and make me proud to work for InVision. They are good leaders and even better mentors. Beyond that, there is a sense of camaraderie and a feeling that they genuinely care for everyone here.

There is a sense of team every day, in every interaction. Everyone consistently goes out of their way to help and to ensure that things are going well. I know I can always count on my teammates and they know that they can always count on me!
