Probably the least efficient company I have ever worked for .systems do not work ,protocols are repeated .over complication of the most basic activities. kPIs are miss represented to staff on a daily basis .Iv came from a national level position and Iam amazed at how bad this experience has been

Streamline operations,use systems that work ,reporting figures that are correct ,listen to people with transferable skills as opposed to wing it and go from one problem to the next without solutions

The company needs to re think it’s whole approach.the contract is coming to an end and moving to a digital only system otherwise it would need to be restructured and thought out from the bottom

I worked for an agency working for iqvia and was paid substantially more .iqvia use the excuse or temporary workers to pay less claiming the company benefits make up for this ,while the agencies offered the same benefits

Top heavy in the management structure on exorbitant wages .no systems work ,everything is overly complex which gives little trust to staff.my immediate manager is run ragged dealing with the same issues over and over again .the ONS covid project should and could have done so much better
