Disconnect between what leadership says, ehat they do and what us valued. Like a compass that no longer has a true north.
Leadership needs to remember there are people working at IQVIA, instead they treat you like an untouchable.

Compare with current market level and contributions
Lack of communication regarding compensation
I'm in a senior position with over 20 years experience and can't afford medical insurance. The IT department in entirety is far underpaid compared to other departments.

Review from Operations Dept
People are polite and respectful in general.
Able to bounce ideas off each other to find solutions
A lot of profanity and racial slurs
Work on transparency and providing compensation for weekend work.
Streamline operations, use systems that work ,reporting figures that are correct ,listen to people with transferable skills as opposed to wing it and go from one problem to the next without solutions
I met the whole team.
the person interviewing me was very kind
Being able to meet and question seniors Id work with
They got back to me quickly
sometimes the recruiters are not available and does not give a feedback to the candidates and this influence badly the reputation of the company
Time it takes to move through the process
Pick and retain talent. Avoid politics
More interaction with future coworkers during the interview process. The interviewer proved to have little meaningful knowledge about the company and some details were misleading.
focus on the skill/talent, not the dollars
Solving client needs that empowers them
Working with customers and product teams to deliver new innovative solutions.
colleagues, flexible working, IQVIA mission
I enjoy team meetings with webcam, the purpose behind the projects, and knowing that we are helping to bring relief to families who might be suffering.
time flexibility and work life balance
Studies always closing before patients can participate.... we have to call and cancel apointments same day due to bad manager guidance
Company needs to be employee friendly.
The company needs to re think it’s whole approach.the contract is coming to an end and moving to a digital only system otherwise it would need to be restructured and thought out from the bottom
Management needs to address the toxic culture, pay equity with the industry, hold people accountable, transparency
Everything has to be improved
